PRICING

• Rental prices for whole villa not per person.

• The costs include a maid service twice a week, all bedding and towels, pool cleaning and gardening 

• Orka Homes performs a full management service so there is someone locally you can call 24/7 should you encounter any problems or need any assistance. 

• 30% of the total payment is due upon booking to secure the booking with the remainder due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.   

• Orka Homes manage all our bookings and accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
